Wow, what a week it has been. With the Presidential election behind us, half the nation is feeling relief and the other, great sadness. Although I would never disclose how I voted, that is a very personal choice, I will say that it is time to embrace the future. It is time to shed your anger, re-friend your Facebook buddies you blocked during the heated campaigning, and give your neighbor a hug. It is time to grab a latte, sit back and enjoy what I am about to show you. Believe me, it will be worth it!
Laura and Spiros are the winners of my fall mini-session giveaway. Actually, truth be told, Laura is my cousin, but she and Spiros won my mini giveaway fair and square. Honestly. I have witnesses!

Laura and Spiros are both educators who share a deep love for music. As long as I can remember, Laura has been playing the violin. She is fantastically talented, beautiful and kind - no wonder Spiros fell for her.
Spiros is exceedingly talented in his own right, he has a PhD, need I say more? He is also extremely kind and an amazing dad to three beautiful little Greek girls.
We met up at Cranberry Lake Park, on a downright gorgeous November day. It was sunny and warm with just a whisper of a breeze seducing us with thoughts of spring - willing us to forget the impending winter. Spiros' girls came dressed in adorable matching red jackets and Laura and Spiros came in wonderful fall-inspired neutral sweaters. This group was on point.

We had a wonderful time walking through the park, capturing some great moments - the two older girls had fun hamming it up for the camera. Laura and Spiros were completely open to my suggestions, which I love. They are a beautiful couple inside and out - with her flawless complexion and blue eyes and his wickedly awesome, manly beard, they complement one another perfectly. They are both laid back, yet respectful and full of wit - I am excited to see what the future holds for them and for those three special little ladies.
P.S. Happy Veterans Day! Thank a Veteran today and everyday, because Freedom is not Free!
